Very disappointed with the management company and and booking.com for not doing anything about

The pool jacuzzi area was clean and nice

We were told we would be on the GROUND FLOOR by a text sent to me, answering my email, asking about stairs, before I made the final payment, but were given a 2nd story condo with 18 STEEP STAIRS to climb to the front door. We’re 81 yrs old and had to pay a neighbor there to haul our belongings up the stairs and then to take them down on checkout day. Neither booking.com nor the management company that booking.com works with would do anything about it. Both pointed fingers at the other company saying it was the other company’s fault. The place looked like a College dorm and needed MAJOR CLEANING. It was full of dust & pollen. The balcony was so full of pine needles and pollen that you couldn’t keep the sliding door open. Pollen was clinging to the screen and windows. The back of the tv that stuck out from the wall had an inch of dust/pollen all over it. College age people might like it for a cheap ski vacation as it had a bonus loft with a queen bed and full bath upstairs.

I would definitely book again and would actually recommend this place to other people.

It was very nice and cozy, the whole place had a wonderful vibe and was so close to everything

8 / 10

Comfortable stay, close to everything.

The place was decorated well. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked.

It was slightly dusty.

6 / 10

Worked out but kinda gross

Location was great. Price was decent

Not cleaned properly. The entire upstairs bathroom was dirty. There was a used washcloth in the shower. The trash had not been taken out after whoever stayed here before.
