Tucked away on a quieter street in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District, this beautifully renovated one-bedroom apartment is just a short walk from River Street, Broughton Street, Savannah’s historic squares, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping + so much more.



It really gives you the best of both worlds. You can spend your days exploring Savannah on foot, then come home to a quiet, comfortable space to slow down and relax at the end of the day.



This cozy garden-level apartment has been thoughtfully renovated to feel comfortable and elevated while keeping the historic details that make Savannah homes so special.



The brick floors are one of our favorite details and add so much character to the space.

The bright, updated kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware + the everyday essentials you’ll need during your stay. We also stock na small coffee bar with a Keurig and coffee essentials for your mornings.



Whether you’re actually planning to cook or just need somewhere to keep the leftovers from all the Savannah restaurants you’re going to try, you’ll have everything you need.



Enjoy a comfortable queen bed with fresh linens, extra pillows and plenty of space to unpack.



You’ll also find hangers, an iron, steamer and extra bedding tucked away in the closet.

The newly renovated bathroom is bright, fresh and thoughtfully updated with a spacious vanity, beautiful lighting and a stunning tiled walk-in shower.

You’re right in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District, surrounded by the beautiful architecture, moss-draped live oaks, historic squares + cobblestone streets that probably made you want to visit Savannah in the first place.



River Street is about a five-minute walk away, and you can easily walk to Broughton Street, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, museums, bars and so many of Savannah’s most-loved spots.



And when you are ready to call it a night, you get to leave some of the busier tourist areas behind and come home to a quieter little corner of the Historic District.

PARKING



Parking is not included with the apartment, but paid street parking + city parking garages are available nearby.



We’ll send our parking recommendations before check-in so you know exactly where to park and can make arrival as easy as possible.



One of our favorite things about this stay is how easy it makes experiencing Savannah. You can walk almost everywhere you want to go, explore at your own pace and then come home to a cozy little space right in the middle of it all.

Guest Access:

Guests will have a private entrance on the ground level with keyless entry. Codes provided the day of arrival. Parking is not included, however there is ample paid street parking available adjacent to the apartment as well as city parking garages. More detailed parking info provided in booking confirmation.



The Neighborhood:

You’re perfectly situated in Savannah’s Historic District — just far enough from the crowds to enjoy a quiet night’s sleep, yet close enough to walk to everything. Tree-lined streets, moss-draped oaks, and beautiful 19th-century architecture surround you.

Getting Around:

Once you park, chances are you won't need to move your car! This condo is perfectly located for exploring Savannah's Historic District on foot, with many of the city's top restaurants, shops, attractions, museums, and beautiful squares just a short stroll away.



For guests driving into town, metered parking is available nearby through the ParkSavannah app, making it easy to manage your parking directly from your phone. Visitor parking passes are also available through the City of Savannah for longer visits.



Need a break from walking? Savannah's complimentary DOT Shuttle is a fantastic way to get around downtown and makes convenient stops near River Street, City Market, Forsyth Park, and Broughton Street. Uber, Lyft, public transit, and trolley tours are all readily available as well.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the apartment does have brick floors throughout. There is not a washer or dryer. There are full time residents that live upstairs, which should not impact your stay, but there is a possibility you may hear walking or noises above at times.
