Whilst my room was upstairs the host moved my luggage so that was great. The room was lovely and the entire space very clean. They allowed my bags in the room early so the transfer from one hotel to another was simple.
Just the states but no issue as there was plenty of help.

L’interno e’ ammobiliato con estrema cura . Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti in una suite . Bellissima , silenziosa e molto molto pulita . Sembrava di essere una fiaba come in una fiaba sembra di essere a Sintra .
La colazione il primo giorno . Insufficiente la frutta , gli yogurt i dolci e il pane . Dal secondo giorno un po’ meglio , ma e’ sicuramente da migliorare

Modern, comfy pillows, good black out curtains, very responsive via WhatsApp. Decent clothes storage space. Felt safe with cameras around property etc.
Cold, minimal choice breakfast. Labels for food weren’t used so not good if you have allergies. No instructions on breakfast eg how to use coffee machine etc. Food also wasn’t covered over and left open for 2 hours with flies and same leftover food was offered the next day so wasn’t very fresh. Poor shower drainage - wouldn’t risk washing hair if you didn’t want to flood the place. Noise from people in hallway and noise from floorboards on other levels. Safe didn’t work / no power for it so couldn’t lock away valuables. Remote check in / WhatsApp use is difficult and no receptionist. Room not clean - hairs from previous guests on bed/ bathroom door/ in shower etc.
