We had a really great stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the location worked really well for exploring Sintra.
The best part was definitely the host, Joana. We had a pretty chaotic start to the trip because our flight was cancelled, and she was incredibly kind and helpful from the beginning. Even during the stay, whenever our plans changed, she always tried to help and find a solution. It really felt like she cared about making sure we had a good stay.
There were also lots of little touches that made the place feel special, the location has friendly cat that is definetely a bonus, very cute 😄
Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Sintra.

The location
The room were extremely cold, as we are family with kids it was not an acceptable situation.there were continous electricity blackouts and there was only a room keeper who was coming after a while. The breakfast is served after 9 am , whch again was not acceptable for us
