The Property is stunning & beautifully maintained. Gardens are lovely and a joy to walk around.
The property is ultimately a ‘venue’ for weddings, functions & large private parties. However they make the villa earn its keep by having overnight guests. Unfortunately it’s not perfect. There are no facilities for guests. The advertised mini bar is not available in room. (Our fridge was not working & was definitely not stocked. ) no bar on the premises though we were comped a bottle of wine (warm) . Perhaps an honesty bar would work?
No food in the afternoon or evening unless you dine out or order Uber eats!!.
Breakfast however was lovely at the Main property.

The property is excellently kept. Everybody is extremely helpful.
A very private, secluded atmosphere.
Nice pool, does not smell of chloride.
Perfectly beautiful, perfect climate.
The apartment very homely and cosy, well equipped.
Driving there is a bit of a challenge.

In general you will arrive to a huge villa, with lot of buildings and area around with trees, flowers and incredible views) And if manage it in the right way, it could be a diamond) But it's not the case...
The main issue was when on the second night we received a neighbors in the near room. I believe they are nice people, but given between the rooms the door is more like doors from closet - we hear everything like in our room... We ask to switch the room because it's not possible to sleep when someone in near room speaking or doing something (I believe the same situation was for our neighbors from our side) and there was a lot of rooms in the villa was available, but we received answers like - I forwarded info to our owners, I don't make a decisions and bla bla bla... So it's not the service that you expecting for that price... Additionally, the area around not in the best conditions, we was in the winter and the weather is not great, but it seems that they not really care about the place more than several months...
