Sintra is a magical location, and Quinta Bella Vista is the most outstanding property and accommodation. We stayed in the maisonette, an ideal spot for a family or travelling with friends. The view and terraces and pool are beautiful. The staff (particularly Dinesh) are so helpful. This estate is clearly an amazing wedding destination as well. Highly recommend!

The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. You could tell it was taken care of lovingly. Every room we saw was exquisitely well appointed. The food was delicious and everyone we came in contact with was polite, pleasant and helpful.
The water was not hot enough to my liking, but I like a very hot shower.

This is an absolutely stunning property and we had an amazing stay. The staff was welcoming and the attention to detail and responsiveness was impeccable. The breakfast was excellent and being able to have it at the main home was a special experience. The main home and guest houses are beautifully decorated and had everything needed to make for a very comfortable stay.
It is located in a restricted entry zone and to get to and from the property to many of the Sintra castles and sites takes time and the taxis service can get pricey. There are no restaurants or eateries nearby, so Uber or Glovo are the only options for dinner, which must be picked up at the entry gate, which was all fine and manageable, but know that options are limited.
