Foremost of all is the great staff esp Nadia Varela and of course the very central location, the big clean rooms and the good breakfast

The central location in the heart of Sintra made it so easy to walk to the local attractions. Nadia on reception was an absolute gem and kindly helped us get tickets to visit Quinta da Regaleira for the same afternoon, which was very kind. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed having a small balcony.
The property and our bedroom and corridor were tired and in need of refurbishment. The tissue box was depleted on arrival

The location was excellent .Staff was up to mark everything was value for money
They should keep more drinking water bottles in the room

Location is really good.
View from my room is also good, but not from my kids' room.
Breakfast is medium. Due to high hotel occupation, sometimes it was missing some items.
Rooms are out dated. It needs to be outfitted.
Hotel access is not really easy. Ubers had difficult to access the hotel.
Staff is very nice and polite.
