The room size was excellent, and the balcony was really good. The overall hotel was clean, they were setting up for an event the next day so it was a bit chaotic as they were building things, but you can see overall it was nice. The reception staff was amazing! I cannot remember the gentleman's name, but he was incredibly polite and courteous. We had a spa treatment while we were there, and the massage was exactly what we needed and very good!
One of the lights in our room was broken, but as we were staying for one night, we didn't mention it. I feel that the lack of an iron in the room is a bit of a let-down, although they did have a laundry list for an extra charge. The food was quite average; I was expecting it to be much better than it was. The jacuzzi seemed not to be working whilst we were there, which was a shame, as one of the reasons we booked it was for the spa.
