The hotel was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They took all our bags for us to the room and made us feel very comfortable. Walking distance to bars and restaurants but tuktuk were very easy to get also

Exceptional! We were used to being disappointed with hotels as they did not usually meet the pictures on booking.com, but Praia was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating management, our most comfortable stay during our entire Sri Lanka trip! Will definitely always come back to Praia every time we're in Hiriketiya. :)

The location, room, and staff
The facility need to fix elevator, door access controls, open restaurant, etc. As of now, the final construction is under progress and may take time to complete in time.

The room was nice and spacious, and the location is great
The hotel is not very clean and the service is not very good. No one ever asked if I wanted to have the room cleaned or the towels changed.
