You have full private access to The Palm House and its balcony. Entry is keyless via a smart lock code sent before arrival.

Parking: One dedicated off-street parking spot is provided.
Pet Policy: We love dogs! One dog is welcome with a $50 pet fee. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet so we can prepare.
Management: Professionally managed by Solmaré Stays, ensuring 5-star cleanliness and 24/7 local support.
House Rules:

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved.
Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No parties or events.
Noise: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the unit or near doors/windows.
Pets: Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly units and must be approved in advance.
Bikes: Complimentary bikes are available for guest use where provided. Ride at your own risk, secure bikes when not in use, and return them in the same condition.
Parking: Park only in designated areas as outlined in your arrival instructions.
Care of Property: Please treat the home with care and report any damage or issues promptly.
Trash & Dishes: Please dispose of trash and wash dishes before departure.
Safety: Do not tamper with smoke detectors, safety equipment, or utility systems.
Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges or removal without refund.

SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK: The amenities below are provided as a free courtesy and are not part of the accommodation you are paying for. Use is voluntary and at your own risk. Please inspect any equipment before use, and contact us instead of using anything you have a concern about.
Bicycles: Check brakes, tires and condition before every ride. California law requires riders under 18 to wear a helmet, and we recommend one for every rider. Do not ride a bike you have any concern about — tell us and we will take it out of service.
Fire Pit: Never leave the fire pit unattended, keep children well clear, and make sure it is fully out before you go inside or leave.
Beach Gear: Beach chairs, towels, boards and other beach gear are provided as a courtesy and are used at your own risk, including in the ocean.
Children: This is a private home, not a hotel, and it is not childproofed. Guests bringing infants or young children are responsible for deciding whether the home suits them and for supervising children at all times.
Occupancy Limit: Follow occupancy rules including infants and children. Exceeding it is grounds for ending the stay without refund.
