My daughter and I stayed in this condo for a week in December 2024, and we had a wonderful time/experience. Neece was the best property manager I have ever dealt with, and we rent on the FL gulf coast about every other year. She responded to me immediately every time I contacted her. The check-in process is the easiest we have experienced. The condo was exactly as pictured and was very clean, and in a great location! It has everything you need in the kitchen. There are chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels in the unit, and there are lounge chairs down by the beach entrance to use free. There is a nice, private pool. The property is well maintained, even after two hurricanes! It is a small unit, but can sleep three. It's perfect for a girls trip or couple.

WOW ! Condo was perfect. Very Clean. Everything you might need they thought of and more. Pool was nice and clean and beach was maybe 30 to 40 yards walk. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a couple. Awesome location. Covered parking. Private beach access. Very clean & well stocked. Neece was very communicative & let us know our unit was available earlier than the check-in time. Check in/ out was very simple. We would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great. Everything I could have needed was there.
3 little things that could use some help
1- couch needs replaced. Not comfortable at all.
2- recliner is the same as the couch
3- bed is very uncomfortable for a side sleeper like myself.
Overall I’d stay here again.
It was very easy communication with the property manager.
