Nestled in the scenic Coachella Valley, this 2-Bedroom “Twin” layout at WorldMark Indio gives you the space, amenities, and desert charm you want for your vacation. Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, the unit features a master bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers a flexible third sleeping area. The unit includes two full bathrooms, a full kitchen (appliances, cookware), a dining area, washer/dryer, private balcony or patio, and comfortable living space with TV and furnishings.

As part of WorldMark Indio, you’ll have access to resort amenities like outdoor pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, game room, tennis courts, fitness center, children’s activities, landscaped grounds, and on-site services. The location is ideal for exploring Palm Desert, Coachella Valley, Joshua Tree, golf courses, outlet shopping, dining, and desert views.

Wi-Fi Policy
In-unit WiFi is available for a daily surcharge (approx. USD 4.95/day), which covers connectivity for a limited number of devices. Public and lobby computers may provide complimentary access.

Fees & Policies:
- Solar installation throughout property August 2026 - January 2028. During this time, you may experience noise, dust, odors, and work crews. Dates are subject to change.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
- A USD 250 credit card pre-authorization deposit is required at check-in
- One parking spot per reservation is included; RVs, trailers, or boats are not accommodated
- The resort is non-smoking (including e-cigarettes) and does not allow pets (service animals excepted)
- Pool hours are roughly 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

DURING YOUR STAY

- NO SALES PRESENTATION REQUIRED: This resort is part of a timeshare program, and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation during your stay. Attendance is completely optional and is never required when booking through Koala. Pro tip: If you choose to attend, the gifts and incentives are often negotiable.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.

- Resorts own and manage all units/amenities; unit assignments at check-in.

- Room photos are samples; actual furniture/layout may vary.

- The Resort is responsible for maintenance, may alter/close select amenities due to repairs or other factors. Koala is responsible for ensuring your check-in and unit category only.

BEFORE YOUR STAY

- BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICIES WILL BE UPHELD. No refunds after the cancellation deadline due to any reason, including force majeure, unexpected health issues, flight cancellations, Covid-19 (except full resort closures), natural disasters, or personal changes.
