Very clean, sunny, quiet location just a few steps from the beach and Collins Ave, easy access to anywhere in Miami or Bal Harbour.
I stayed a month and ordered some packages that were stolen from the outside of the building.

It would be great to be able to control the air conditioning, it is central. Sometimes it was a bit cold other times a bit warm.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν υπέροχο σε καλή τοποθεσία.
Αν θα έγραφα ένα παράπονο ήταν ότι το μπάνιο ήταν λίγο χαλασμένο το νερό δεν είχε πολύ πίεση. Επίσης δεν έχουν τηλεφωνάκι μπάνιου έχουν μόνο ντουζιέρα οπότε για μια κοπέλα δεν είναι εύκολο να πλυθεί

Location is perfect to to enjoy North beach
It was dirty — it had cockroaches. This is not a hotel in any way; it has no service or visible staff, and they only tell you that after you’ve already booked. I do not recommend it.
