Pésimo. Cero calidad precio. Muy asquerosa la habitación.

El agua caliente y las camas

SUCIOOOOOOOOOO. MUY MALA HIGIENE ASQUEROSAMENTE SUCIO. Los controles del mando de televisión, el baño sucio con orine la bañadera asquerosa con manchas negra de suciedad que no se limpian bien. Churre acumulado de mucho tiempo los top de las meses sucios de algo que hubo enteriormente y solo pasaron algo dejándole más sucio aún. En fin. No me vuelvo a rentar ahí nunca más.

No me gusto que un hombre extraño de origen cubano se metió a mi cuarto sin autorización y me Saco el teléfono. Todo esto quedó registrado en cámara e hice respectiva denuncia.

Superb

It was near the beach, it was clean, comfortable, and had what I need in the kitchen. The staff replaced the toaster that initially works but after got stuck with no problem. The staff were very busy but helpful.

I heard a Noice from an air a conditioning or transformer unit outside of my room that wake me a couple times. No sure what it was and if it was part of the facility because it came from outside but it wakes me up. Everything else was fine.

Not clean!

Pool, room placed on 0 floor, AC, localization.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a hotel that fell far short of my expectations. I am writing this review to share my experience and hopefully help others make a more informed decision. Firstly, the room service was severely lacking. Despite repeated requests, the floor of my room was never cleaned during my stay. This was not only inconvenient but also raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the hotel. Secondly, and perhaps most disturbingly, I discovered cockroaches in the kitchen area. This was a shocking and disgusting experience that no guest should ever have to endure. It is unacceptable for a hotel to have such a severe pest problem, and it suggests a lack of regular and thorough cleaning. The bathroom was also not cleaned by room service. This is a basic requirement that any hotel should be able to meet. The lack of cleanliness in the bathroom made my stay uncomfortable and further reinforced my concerns about the hotel's hygiene standards. Lastly, the bed in my room was broken. While I appreciate that the hotel provided an additional safe that could be placed under the bed to keep it in a more or less horizontal position, this is a temporary solution at best. It's not a substitute for a properly functioning bed, and it's certainly not what one expects when booking a hotel room. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience. The lack of cleanliness, the presence of pests, and the broken bed are all serious issues that need to be addressed. I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.

I think worth the money for the location.

The location is near the beaches and right at the main streets. Close to near bars and restaurants. It was a neat apartment with a lots of space and closets. The staff and workers and cleaning people were very nice and helpful. They really tried to do the best job they could. Comfy bed and hot shower. Kitchenette was very important for me to have to make my smoothies and celery.

The place seems clean but in cleanliness was not there. The TV, shower drainage and Fridge were all not working. The kitchen had no knifes. However the staff did the best they could the next day to fix the TV and Shower and on 2nd day changed the fridge for working one. You just need to be patient and firm with them and then they go over the moon.

it was decorated decent

bathroom had nats, kitchen had nats, found huge a worm in the kitchen floor. The shower was freezing cold, they didn’t answer phone or return calls. The manager called the police on a black woman in the lobby because someone was recording when me and my husband was telling why we need a refund and about our horrible experience.

One bed when I booked 2 beds , I was given a room with someone sleeping inside that room, I have to go twice to get a key that didn't not work not even the same building but few blocks away , dirty towels with blood stains on them very dirty bathroom, the person at check in time was very rude and was not helpful at all telling me that my room was given to someone else and did not offer an alternative solution its just terrible horrible experience

Decent apartment for the money. Location is good.

Terrible bed. The saggiest I've ever slept in. Bad sheets to boot. Complained to management. They said they'd take a look at it and let me switch rooms. No one ever came by for 3 days. Terrible service. I can abide spartan comforts, but having at least a decent bed to sleep in is a total dealbreaker.

Pleasant

I liked that the living room was spacious , AC worked good , kitchen had everything we needed. Hospitality was nice when exchanging towels, shampoo, etc.

We could not figure out how to turn on TV in bedroom, channels on TV in living room did not work and kept saying call for assistance, bathroom was not as expected and dirty, safe buttons broke night before our flight and there was no one in the office to help us. Living room could use more decorations (just a suggestion )

I’d do alittle more research next time

we liked the kitchen and closets. They were working in the landscaping the whole time. which is somewhat annoying but it looked great when they were done.

we received 3 total rolls of bathroom tissue. including the one on the holder. we had to buy our own. we stayed 6 nights and never got our sheets changed. I had asked once. The tv wouldn’t work, I messaged several times and finally a guy came and said the whole place is out. it came in the next day but then the remote wouldn’t change the channel. I asked and received new batteries. It still wouldn’t change the channel. When we did occasionally see someone around, they were very nice. The whole place needs upgrading, windows and blinds need replaced or at the very least cleaned.

Roaches booked the room before we did!

The location was great. Loved that there was a stove. Furniture is old, but the bed was comfortable.

The apartment had roaches! The hot water in the bathroom sink didn't turn on.

Never again.

Location is okay. Quiet.

You chekc in on 71 st st and the hotel is on 81 st. If your key card doesn’t work then you have to go back 10 blocks to get another key card. I tried calling them they NEVER pick up. Terrible service.
