The hotel is near everything! The beach is a 3 mins walk from the hotel

There was no ice machine and they do a 100 a day hold on your card. The restroom was not the cleanest the tub had a few stains but nthn major

Very close to the ocean. We got a corner studio. Very cozy. Calmly.

The location was near the sea. The beds were very comfortable! We had a kitchen (though poorly equipped) and a working washing machine. Happy hours with free drinks at the sister hotel.

The kitchen had hardly any equipment to really cook, only two small pans. Although the room was more or less clean overall, the floor was dirty, which you could see on your feet if you walked barefoot. Room service did not come daily, which is a problem when you carry a lot of sand from the beach. AC didn't work properly, same with WIFI. Stuff not really friendly. Guys, just spend 50 dollars on pans and clean the floor properly - then your ratings will increase.

The location was night the style of the room was nice. The front office staff was nice. It felt like a nice lil apartment.

The cleaning crew did not clean my room one day while I was there and they took a 100 dollar deposit per night you stay. I stated 3 nights so they held 3 hundred dollars of my money.

We have stayed there now again for the second time and rebooked this hotel a third time. It is very well located, the rooms are very spacious and clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I totally recommend it and am sure of staying there again, when I next fly to Miami.

definitely wasn’t worth the money!! pool was on the Main Street whoever walked past had a nice view!! dirty pool!!! washing machine was out of order! all drawers and cupboards in room were broken!! and so was the bathroom window. and seriously a 100 dollar deposit per night first time ever no hotel that I’ve been to asked for such a high deposit per night!!! the noise outside was a disaster every night and early in the morning- from the staff!! and staff trying to open our door which made us feel very unsafe!! I must say I did not enjoy my stay and waiting for some kind of refund! one thing that was great was that the staff at front desk were pretty helpful thank you for that

Location is great in relation to beach access. There are also more than enough dining and shopping options within walking distance of the building.

1. Being charged $100 deposit/day is horrible, and of course we were not informed of it until after free cancellation period. Depending on the length of stay, this could double you out of pocket cost. Yes, it is refunded but God forbid something happens and they find it justifiable to not refund that deposit. 2. There are 4 buildings/sites (all within close proximity) but no private parking at all. Guest have to take their chances finding street parking and just our luck someone decided to double park and basically occupy 2 spots. 3. Bedding for the sofa bed was not provided and we called about getting some but it never came.

it stank terribly until it was impossible to be there , I got the head ached. The window could not be opened. After requesting a room change, we got extra cleaning the next day. It did not help. They just blew us away. In addition, the washing machine does not work, which was very important for us. the ventilation was broken as well. You can see that these things clearly don't work for a long time. instead of repairing or replacing they stuck stickers. I was paying for the hotel with the conditions that everything will work, if I knew about it I would not choose this hotel the internet was so weak that it was impossible to call at all.

You have to pay a safety deposit (100) for every night that you stay (that doesn't show until you already made the reservation) and is only with credit card. We stayed 5 days and they never went to clean the room (even when we ask for it after 3 days of staying) is a self serve place because if you want towels or shampoo you have to go get them. You don't even have cleaning stuff in your room like a mope or something so you don't have to walk over the sand the whole week. Don't count with cooking, you don't an oven, only 2 stoves and a microwave, and a minifrige. Also they make you go to an address to do the check in but your actual room could be in another building, the pool is the same thing, is in another building
