Nice object - big room with two beds, kitchen (two warming plates with all required elements - forks, spoons, pan. Apart from that plates, fridge etc.), big bathroom with shower and bathtub (icluded good shower, body gel and body lotions cream). Daily cleaning without additional cost. Swimming pool available for everyone - only six sun beds but for rest it is enough - if you need for space you need to go to the beach which is close approx. 700m. Sun on pool between 10 a.m to 4 p.m. Good contact with personel - reception, cleaning etc. We were in second building (not main) and were perfect:) Free drinks each day included to reservation (between 5 and 6 p.m. in restaurant 800m away - good drinks - aperol, margarita etc.) WiFi available in all hotel area and fast - enought for streaming and websites. Safe box is available inside room and free (small laptop fit perfectly (14 ich) No problem with deposit - no additional cost

Price - but in Miami it is normal - you want to be here - you need to pay for it, but this hotel is in very good relation between price and quality:)

It was noisy . the folks next door was giving a party until 1am and I called to front desk but the noise kept until late and I couldn’t sleep well

It was very dirty in the room as well as by pool. The house keepers only make the bed daily and don't clean the room. Washer is broken, the neighborhood is not the best.

The location!

Food truck in empty lot next door during the weekend plays loud music until 4am in the morning. I’m in unit #2 and the kitchen window is right next to the food truck.

I believe they have a good price for what is offered + location, compared to other hotels in Miami.

When I arrived they didn't have the 2-bed room booked in the reservation and couldn't offer me anything else because they were fully booked. I was chocked and very upset with this unpleasant surprise. Next day they call me to change it but I was too far from the hotel and they couldn't hold the room and didn't offer any other solution. After the 3rd day, there was a room available, but given the short period, I didn't want to pack all my things and change rooms. so I seek them for other kind of reparation and they have only allowed me to stay a little bit longer in check-out day, and not that long (up to 2pm). So it's not a hotel to be trusted, I wouldn't come back again or recommend to others, at all!!!

Location is 5 minutes away from the beach and the supermarket. Worth the price. Facility is clean and pretty new.

I wouldn’t know because according to the guy I spoke with to check in, they overbooked and I had no room to stay in, despite calling hours before to ask what I needed to do to check in….

The fact that I was told there was no accommodation for me after making my reservation in advance and then when booking.com contacted the property about it to get me a refund on the room that wasn’t available, the property lied and said I was a no show so they could keep my money instead of being refunded. However, I have documents that show all the times I called the property earlier, the times I called booking.com and the receipt to the property I had to end up staying at, due to them “overbooking”.

WHY would a hotel play loud music every morning at 9 am? they woke me up every single day of the stay feeling like i was inside of a club
