Location reasonably close to the beach, parking in front, although not guaranteed by the owner. Easy communication via chat (there are no other means of communication). Soft mattresses on the beds. There is a place to store luggage (it is for common use).

It´s not a hotel, it´s a room for rent up to 6 people (2 double beds + sofa bed) with one bathroom. Everything outside the terms of the contract is charged separately. The kitchen is well equipped but some items were missing. We were unable to use the oven and contact via chat did not help us with this (maybe our fault). We used an air-fryer instead. The small safe was not unlocked and we were unable to use it.

Confortável, porém precisa de manutenção e melhorias, principalmente nas portas dos banheiros

O hotel oferece a comodidade de ter cozinha, isso foi muito util para o nosso grupo (com idosos e crianças). Camas confortáveis e um bom chuveiro.

A cozinha não estava totalmente equipada, faltavam alguns itens básicos. A geladeira não funcionava corretamente, não resfriava por completo. Uma das pessoas do nosso grupo ficou presa no banheiro, o trinco da porta, por ser muito velho, emperrou e ninguem conseguia abrir. Ficamos algumas as tentando tirar a pessoa do banheiro, era no sábado a noite e a equipe não poderia ir nos atender no hotel... cogitaram vir no outro dia pela manhã, imagina a pessoa (uma adolescente de 17 anos) presa até o outro dia? Depois de diversas tentativas (1h e 15 minutos) e um semi arrombamento conseguimos abrir a porta. Não fechamos mais a porta do banheiro para nada. A equipe não apareceu no outro dia para dar qualquer tipo de assistencia.

Doskonały na urlop, tylko problem z parkingiem

Obiekt studio, można było sobie samemu robić posiłki. Wyposażenie doskonałe.

To nie jest obiekt ze zdjęć z zewnątrz - przynajmniej ja nie rozpoznałam, dlatego ciężko mi było trafić. Jest tylko 10 miejsc parkingowych i oczywiście wszystkie były zajęte (ulica). Nie wiem, czy to goście parkowali, bo nikt tego nie pilnuje. Ciężko było znaleźć wolne miejsce i zaparkować. Krzesełka rozkładane na plażę, były brudne po poprzednich gościach

Nice rooms, good location and great price-value.

The location of the accomodation is very good. The apartman is clean, the staff is helpful. I recommend it for everyone. The garden of the building is great.

Exceptional

The Place was just renovated so it is really pretty, the bed, sheets, pillows were so confortable like hotel beds in our Apartment we found everything we needed and actually they offered a crib and I loved the fact they had a mattres for it, some places don't and for Babies is really uncomfortable. When we needed something the answer for the super was fast and the communication perfect. We were with our family and the Place is close to the Beach just two small blocks away and we loved that we found in the house chairs and umbrella for us to use, that definitly was a game changer. We definitly loved our stay and the pool is perfect temperatur because it gets the sun all the morning

Stay here for a great North Beach base.

The location on North Beach is within walking distance of the beach and local shops and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. When there was an infrastructure issue, staff were very quick to reply and respond. The air-con was reliable and efficient. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. There is usually allocated parking available (only once in 10 days could we not get parked. The bed was comfy with lovely bedding and were ample towels. There is a great communal pool, gym, and laundry facilities.

The safe was still locked from previous incumbents. There was an issue with the front door lock ( as mentioned above), which needed addressing immediately, and the mixer tap in the kitchen gave no hot water. Taken in isolation, none of the above detracted from a really excellent accommodation.

This place is soooooo old!!! Everything inside the unit as well. Nothing works properly. It’s doesn’t worth the money at all. And all units are only 1 bathroom!!! Be aware of it!

Not worth the money, too noisy and not very comfortable. I was expecting more for the money.

I liked the location and the good communication with the management team.

I didn’t like several things about the property: 1- the shower can only provide hot water for around 5 minutes after that you get cold water 2- the windows do not seal at all, there is literally almost 1 inch of open space that allows all noise from the street to enter the apartment. it also allows insects to enter the apartment. 3- the beds are very uncomfortable 4- the apartment faces the pool what means that at 8.00am it will be impossible to sleep as you can hear all the noise from the kids at the pool. In the evenings your also can hear groups of people (as if they were in your living room) that hang around at the pool until late in the night. (after complaining repeatedly about that the pool was closed after 10.00pm) 5- the apartment was not very cleaned, there was a lot of debris and hair on the floors and the fridge was dirty.

Disappointing. Would not recommend

Nothing really.

We were given a one bedroom apartment for 6 people which I realised later and upgraded to a 2 bedroom. I had to pay a difference of $205. However, they don’t have an option to pay while checking in or any link to pay via a credit card. THEY ONLY NEED A ZELLE payment which is so weird. Other things disappointing: 1. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher and they expect you to wash all your dishes by hand 2. The rooms have thin walls so you can hear the neighbors especially if they are partying and disturbs your sleep even past 12 am 3. They give you towels only once in your stay. We were a group of 6 who stayed for 4 days and they said we will give you towels only once. It’s not an Airbnb. ITS A HOTEL and every hotel gives me fresh towels everyday. The second day they did give me towels when I insisted but that’s all. We had to struggle and keep towels separated for all of us and also, when I asked them they said you can use the dryer to Dry the towels which is not free and I’m not going to spend money and spend one hour drying my towels in a hotel 4. There was sand on my bed when I checked in. When I asked the lady to clean, she just dusted it aside and said there is no sand. I have pictures as proof fyi. And she left and later maybe her superior asked her to change the sheets which she did. 5. On the second night I received a message post 11:30 pm that they received a complaint of partying/ tv being loud at our apartment whereas all of us were asleep way before 11 pm and we got disturbed because our neighbors and opposite apartment people were playing loud Music and making noise outside our apartment 6. They also expect you to throw the trash out yourself. Again this is not an airbnb but a hotel so why do I go out and throw my own trash. They will also not clean your room everyday. To sum it up, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. If there was something we didn’t like at all in these 4 days it was only our stay.

The bed was clean and comfy

The bathroom and the floor needed better cleaning. The shower floor got stains, it requires the professional cleaning. There were the insects in the bathroom. The place had been renovated long time ago. It looks like the owner does cosmetic maintenance once a year or so, but the place requires a professional cleaning with steaming. The beach is close but there are no any stores or restaurant in walking distance. We could find only 5 private parking spots of 10 mentioned in the description. 2-3 of them were always busy. We had a trouble to find the parking spot in the middle of January. All streets are super busy. We used free overnight parking til 8 am and paid for extra 6 hours max allowed. For checkout we were required to remove the trash from the room which was unexpected and felt wrong.

The apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood in the North Beach Area. The apartment is good size with a good sitting rom and dining room area. The kitchen is also fine.

The airconditioning is extremely noisy. Cooking breakfast the smoke alarm went off with hardly any smoke in the room. The sofabed in the room behind the livingroom is a bit short - not meant for an adult.

There was no heat in one of the rooms. The air conditioner did not warm up on 65-degree setting. This was the only issue and I think maybe they are not used to cold weather.

It was comfortable and nice.

The apartment was very nice and clean, things are like new, furniture, pillows, etc. everything was very clean. The place was quite comfortable and quiet.

I had problems with the door code but nothing serious, the technical support answered me quite quickly. Parking is a bit difficult on weekends and at night because it gets very crowded and there is nowhere to park, and the area has many homeless people and drug addicts, it does not feel safe to go out at night, but it is not too dangerous. At the laundry, Each use of the washing machine or dryer costs 3.50, plus they don't have a place to change the coins and we spend work looking for where to change the money.

This is scam , I wrote a letter to the fraudulent department. After payment, I received confirmation that the description of the pool and gym how to get inside and as it turned out they do not have Gym and the pool is under reconstruction . In addition , I had a safety issue . In the evening I was in the room and the door was bolted from the inside. and I was one meter away from the front door. I heard loudly how the electronic lock was opened , the burglar knew the exact code for my door ( he pressed the exact four digits and the door opened ) but he realized that someone was inside and left . I reported this to Booking com and Praya hotel and received a call the next morning from the property ( the girl literally said that it was OK )
