Excellent. The host was very responsive. My 3 year old was not feeling well on our trip up north and the host was kind enough to go purchase a fan so we could use it to help her cool down. The tenants upstairs are also very nice. Clean place, off street driveway parking with good WiFi.

A lot of stairs. (I'm currently having knee problems, this wouldn't normally be a problem.)

Good location, kitchen facilities, spacious, laundry service, off street parking
Could do with a really good clean . Handrail entering the property was filthy. Bathroom shower, mirror, hand basin, need a good clean, a wipe with a cloth isn’t enough. Plug in kitchen sink doesn’t work. Beds not properly made. Kitchen smells from upstairs, no vent above cooktop, smells linger. Apartment is not secure from the house above. Fire exit is blocked with furniture. Lots of Christmas decorations ( in June) and cluttered with ornaments. Could be a lovely place if someone put some thought and effort into it.
