Nice place, reasonably new. Designated parking with ample room. Clean with a comphy bed. Sitting on bed #2 to watch TV wasn't comfortable and if a second person went to bed earlier there would be nowhere to sit. Soap dispenser at bathroom sink was empty and no soap in the shower. Minor stuff. Overall for the price it was worth it.
The owner was excellent to deal with.
