Tesisle ilgili her şey harikaydı:) odamız fotoğraflardan bile güzeldi, her şey yeniydi ve çok özenliydi. Her yer tertemizdi. Ayrıca çok güzel bir şişe şampanya ikram olarak bizi bekliyordu. Konum olarak Palermo’nun en merkezi yeri desek yeridir, heryere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Üstelik bu kadar merkezi bir yer olmasına rağmen gürültü problemi yaşamadık, son derece sessizdi.
Her şeyden öte, o kadar ilgiliydiler ki, en ufak sorumuzda bile hemen cevap verdiler, yardımcı oldular. Özellikle Maria’ya çok çok teşekkür etmek istiyorum, çünkü öyle harika birisi, öyle tatlı ki, önemsediği tek şey sizin harika vakit geçirmeniz, güzel anılarla ayrılmanız:) hiçbir tesisde bu denli özveri ile karşılaştığımı hatırlamıyorum, çok üst seviyeydi:) tekrar her şey için teşekkür ederiz:)

One of the top three apartments I have rented in the past 20 years — and definitely one of the most memorable.
The location is simply perfect, right between Quattro Canti and Palermo Cathedral, with everything you could possibly need just a 5–10 minute walk away.
What really made our stay special, though, was Maria and her lovely daughter. It feels much more personal than a typical serviced apartment. Maria is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available whenever you need anything. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at ease and took care of every little detail.
A beautiful apartment, a fantastic location, and wonderful hosts. We genuinely felt at home here and would happily stay again.

Staff is very helpful. They let us leave our luggage in the reception after check out.
Everything was really clean.
The Turkish Bath is great.
The bed is huge and very comfortable.
The AC works great.
The location is great, you are in the middle of city centre but at the same time the room is very soundproof and you do not hear any noise.
Unfortunately there is literally no daylight in the room. You constantly feel like in the middle of the night.
Very early check out at 10 am.
There is no room service so if you are staying for longer than 2 days you have to contact the owner to take the trash out. This could have been arranged way easier- the bin bags could have been left for us in the room so we don’t have to contact the owner each time.
