Staff correct, mais personne disponible le samedi. Gerant non-professionelle.

Le petit dejeuner est simple, avec un pain, une omelette et la papaye.

Le gerant voulait dire que le prix de booking.com n'etait pas correct. Il voulait renegocier le prix. Alors qu'il etait initialement afficher que l''offre etait avec petit dejeuner, cela n'a pas ete fournie. Les offres subsequentes sur booking.com ont aussi ete modifiees. Il n'y avait pas ame sur la propriete pour avoir de l'eau chaude le samedi.

L'emplacement et la propreté.

Les frais cachés: aucun transport entre l'aéroport et Bom Descanto. Il faut se débrouiller. Le personnel m'a donné le prix du transport Bom Descanto - aéroport à la toute dernière minute alors que j'étais là depuis 3 jours!!! Idem pour les activités avec guide, je n'ai vu aucune grille tarifaire.
