- flexibilní předání klíčů (přijeli jsme dřív a nebyl to problém)
- velmi milí hostitelé a sousedé
- dobře vybaveno (ocenila jsem hlavně pračku a vybavení kuchyně)
- spousta prostoru, dům je velký
- propanbutanová lahev pro případ výpadku elektřiny na vaření
- velmi dobrá cena
- dobrá komunikace s hostitelem
- dům by měl mít vlastní generátor, protože na ostrově jsou problémy s elektřinou (několika hodinové odstávky skoro každý den, za celý pobyt fungovala cca polovinu času)
- chyběly moskytiéry v oknech
- v domě byly dvě bezpečnostní kamery, upozorněni jsme byli jen na jednu (že ji můžeme vypnout), druhé jsme si všimli až druhý den, což nebylo příjemné

Esta casa tem tudo o que é necessário para se viver, logo tem tudo o que é necessário para passar férias.
Excelentes áreas, sala de estar, quartos grandes e desafogados.
Cozinha totalmente equipada.
Área exterior equipada com mesas e cadeiras, e local para se fazer churrasco que à bom português foi utilizado.
A casa tem sistema alternativo solar para colmatar a falta de energia que infelizmente foi uma constante todos os dias.
Pouca pressão na água e falta de gerador pois infelizmente São Tomé encontra-se com uma crise energética e a falta de energia durante horas e horas torna ineficaz o sistema alternativo montado.

Very spacious and comfortable house with everything you need provided. Very nice manager and super welcoming staff (despite of arriving more than 3 hours late due to a flight delay, they waited for us in the street and even cooked us dinner!) , internet access very good and overall we enjoyed our stay here with kids!
The location is not easily accessible, especially to get to the house by car there’s no real street, need to go through a very narrow ally - if not a professional driver you risk to destruct the car!

Es mi segunda vez en Casa de Hóspedes y solo puedo decir que si he de alojarme de nuevo en Sāo Tomé, volvería sin dudarlo
