Hotel in good location to rest during a long journey, with plenty of on-site parking. Very friendly staff. Excellent food in restaurant and a good breakfast included in the rate. We slept well in a very comfortable bed.
Bathroom fittings need updating.

Excellent breakfast, with all the elements of a full English cooked to perfection. Perfect location on Glyndwr's Way long distance footpath. Very helpful young lady (Jess) at reception when we arrived.
The room was clean, but details were missing: No cups, very limited brew kit, no biscuits, no towels. The room was very warm, and opening the window exposed us to the noise of an appliance outside the window; possibly a fan from the kitchen.
Access to the emergency exit through the storage area next to our room was seriously impeded by bags of laundry and a ladder laid across the space.
