A delight from start to finish. Staff were very welcoming and professional. I was travelling on my own, but felt very safe and at ease in this hotel. Room was very comfortable, and had everything I needed. Evening meal and breakfast were both excellent. It was also in a beautiful location. Parking was easy. Very good value for money. I would highly recommend.

The town itself is lovely and parking was fine. To be fair to the management - they did offer a small partial refund for the issues we had to raise.
The room was very poor - very small, shabby, broken bits, dirty toilet, velux window was filthy and hard to open etc. breakfast was chaotic and the quality was poor. The other issue was smoke smells - as they don’t have a non smoking area directly beneath our room and also noise as there were people making noise directly outside until 2am.
