The large unit was bright, clean and comfortable. There was stable Wi-Fi, and lots of hot water with good pressure. All amenities stated in the listing were available. The onsite staff person was always helpful and the host was attentive.
The area at the top of the windows behind the bedroom curtain was open to the outside. Mosquitoes, small spiders and a roach did enter the unit although the curtains remained closed. The closed curtain also prevented daytime light into the unit.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. For me, it's the best accommodation in Hanoi so far
The construction works outside created some discomfort on Monday. Besides that, everything was excellent.

Apartament nowy, czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Duże biurko i bardzo dobry internet. Było naprawdę komfortowo. Na dole budynku dostępne darmowe pralki i suszarki.
Absolutnie katastrofalny proces zameldowania. Do apartamentu trudno trafić, a później dostać się do środka. Nie została mi też wydana reszta z kwoty przekazanej osobie sprzątającej.
