House keeping doesn't come in during a 5 day stay. Requested new towels at the front desk but was forgotten about. The hotel ran out of the coffee pods required for the in room coffee machine.

Clean and quiet. The bed and furniture was very comfortable.
The automated door from the parking lot into Candlewood Suites and the automated door going to the front desk do not work.
On the 5th floor there are 2 signs pointing to were you can find ice, but the ice is on the 4th floor.
The shower in room 556 is too hot. The minute you turn on the water it is very hot even though the tap is showing cold.

We liked the fact that we could get a room during this particular weekend. The rooms were very clean. When we checked in, the two attendance were very friendly. The girl the next morning wasn’t overly friendly.
The cost of a room for one night was horrendous. Unfortunately, this was the only room we could find available for this weekend. There were apparently concerts going on both Friday and Saturday evening.

Location, room size and amenities
One of the bath towels had a severe stain, apparently caused by human fecal matter, that was not noticed until we started to use the towel. It was brought to the attention of the front desk but as yet, no adjustment to our bill has been made.
