Good but hard to find because it isn't labeled and they share full address only after paying a security fee that's not indicated on the initial booking. The fee was 100% of the room cost. They said it's refundable after 7 days.
The room was clean as so were the linen.
The fact that neither the hotel or booking.com told me I would pay a security fee before checkin. I only got the communication a few minutes before I got there. I had to pay more for tge taxi for waiting. It's more of a self checkin Air NbB than a hotel.

The room was perfectly clean, the check in was super easy and seems like it would be at any time of day/night. The location is really nice. I took short bus ride from Heathrow and then a lovely little walk through green laden footpaths and parks. Local shops are right around the corner for your immediate needs, as well as a couple of pubs with gardens, and it was easy to get to the busier high streets with plenty more options.
There’s nothing that I would complain about but there was a £50 deposit necessary that was charged during the check in procedure. Also you are able to hear little bits of noise between the other rooms in the house. I was not disturbed at all during my stay there by myself.

It’s in regular use this accommodation.
Clean when required, and is spacious when choosing the alternative room .
Since new comers , there has been excessive loud bangs of the doors being shut a the other guests not at all being considerate about other stayers with loud phone calls as if it was the morning or afternoon to make it excusable.
