Additional amenities include a 75 inch smart TV, designated parking, as well as beach chairs and umbrellas! Please note: the home is near a transit station, and occasional train noise may be heard, adding to the lively character of the area. No pets permitted. The unit is located on the 2nd floor (stairs only) - does not have central A/C, there is a portable A/C in the bedroom and fans are provided.
