We had a wonderful stay at Sora Hotel Hanoi. The value for money was excellent, and the room was very clean, comfortable and nicely presented. Everyone at reception was incredibly kind and helpful. It was raining during our stay and they kindly lent us umbrellas, which was a lovely gesture. They also let us leave our backpacks at the hotel the following day, allowing us to enjoy Hanoi without having to carry them around. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back!
