Location was beautiful, the rooms where modern, clean and very comfortable lots of little nice touches, breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice, had dinner in the restaurant and food was excellent quality and reasonable priced

Location worked for us.
Breakfast was pretty good.

Bins in bathroom and main room had not been emptied from.previous guests.
The show looked like the last guests had cleaned one of the local cows in it, and staff had done nothing to clean it.
Smoking area is outside the rooms so if you have your windows open, enjoy the toxic air. Smoking zone should be away from the accommodation and entrance to the dining area.
If you are on the ground level be prepared that if the guest above has children, your sleep pattern be affected.
We didn't have any milk for our stay or should I say cow juice.
If you stay on a Sunday and book after 3pm don't expect food ... even the recommended pub by the staff also didn't do food after 3pm ... warminster is you only option.
