Villa Carritx des Tudons is spectacular in every respect. Built in the modern Ibiza style, it offers elegant comfort and a sublime sense of well-being both inside and out.
The spacious pool terrace in front of the house offers fantastic views over the surrounding pine forests to the mountains. From here, you have the feeling of having the Mediterranean sun all to yourself. At the same time, a large, covered terrace offers the opportunity to enjoy your meals in the shade at any time of day. This shaded area can be extended to part of the pool terrace with the help of a large awning.
A wide sliding glass door ensures an almost seamless transition from the pool terrace to a bright, spacious living area. The living room with open-plan dining area is flooded with natural daylight. On the same level you will find a spacious, modern kitchen with access to the pool terrace, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the living room, you can access the upper floor via the staircase. It houses three bright and comfortable double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both the hallway and two of the bedrooms have access to a large balcony. From here, the view opens out onto the pool terrace and the tranquil surroundings. Don't miss the wonderfully refreshing sunrises from one of your south-east facing terraces!
Carritx des Tudors is located in a well-kept villa neighbourhood surrounded by pine forests on the east coast of Mallorca. The small beach of Font de Sa Cala is only 800 metres away. The beaches of Cala Ratjada, as well as Cala Agulla, can be reached in approx. 15 minutes. 10 minutes by car.
