Awesome home in Badia Gran
The modern, superbly equipped Villa Dori on the south coast of Mallorca will undoubtedly fulfil the highest expectations. Its elegantly designed outdoor area offers everything you could wish for on a relaxing holiday by the Mediterranean: a chlorine-free, shallow pool, various terraces for sunbathing, comfortable seating and sun loungers in the shade. It also has its own small mini-golf course. A brick-built barbecue for late-night feasting and an outdoor shower are also included. Can you imagine the lonely summer nights you can enjoy here with a good glass of wine by the floodlit pool?
Thanks to large window fronts, the entire living area on two floors is flooded with plenty of natural daylight. On the ground floor, you have direct access to the pool terrace from the kitchen, the cosily furnished living room and the two bedrooms. The high-quality, well thought-out and very complete furnishings ensure a high level of living comfort. The upper living level is also tastefully designed and houses the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and access to its own balcony. There is also a large office with wonderful sea views. You can work from home or do yoga here. Both the living area and the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and can be conveniently darkened during siesta time. The villa is located in the well-kept, quiet residential area of Badia Gran, 23 km south-east of the island's capital Palma de Mallorca. The coastal settlement has various supermarkets and restaurants. The beautiful natural beaches of Sa Rápita and Es Trenc are only 30 minutes away by car.
