Villa "Pequena" is a charming holiday home on a 7,000 m² plot between Artà and Capdepera. Nestled in a quiet, secluded location amidst rolling hills, the villa is surrounded by mature trees and tall palm trees and offers plenty of shady spots to relax.
The garden features a refreshing circular pool with easy access via a ladder, while the large covered terrace provides the ideal space for al fresco dining, with quality sun loungers, a parasol and a large built-in barbecue for unforgettable dinners under the stars.
The covered terrace is adorned with a wide French door that opens into the interior of the villa. Inside is the bright, open-plan, 6m high living area with a relaxing seating area with a TV and a fireplace, a dining table and a fully equipped American kitchen, perfect for self-catering. A cosy double bedroom and a bathroom with shower complete the ground floor. Children will love the open-plan loft with two single beds, which can be reached via a wooden staircase. Villa "Pequena" combines traditional Mallorcan charm with modern comfort, making it the perfect retreat.
The small, romantic finca "Pequena" is situated in a quiet location close to the beach on the north-east peninsula of Artà. The picturesque town of Artà with its pedestrianised area and weekly market (Tuesday) is only about 5 minutes away by car. The harbour town of Cala Ratjada with its beautiful beach promenade is only a few minutes away by car; there you will find some excellent bars and restaurants, as well as numerous shopping facilities. The unique natural sandy beach "Cala Torta" and several other unspoilt sandy beaches can also be reached quickly by car.
