Really liked Alexander Hotel. The location is fantastic - right in the middle of Old Montreal and a quick walk to any of the sites. Perfect location.
The staff were courteous and the check in and out process was really, really quick.
The room was lovely. Very well appointed with a kitchenette, washer, dryer, small cafe table to sit at. I only spent one night in town, but was comfortable and enjoyed it.

Very well situated, clean, has the commodities that are described and the reception is straight forward and the use of whatsapp to communicate in case of anything is really a plus!

The check in is virtual, so no one at the front desk. But they are responsive on WhatsApp and by phone. The location is excellent! And the room was clean.
