Fantastic and beautiful location, we had a few times we went out and saw tour groups on our corner talking about the rich history of this spot. helpful and prompt responses via message from staff. Spacious suites with everything you need. Nice pillows- thank you for the crib! It made it easier for us.
The perfume smell was really overwhelming and unpleasant, We heard others say the same. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. We heard the stomping and banging noise from neighbors and upstairs, which made it hard for us and our kids to sleep/nap.

Very convenient location. Superb accommodation and facilities. We initially had a problem with the Wifi but a quick call to staff resolved it.
Nothing it was a great place to stay

The location is just perfect to walk to all the places and train stations we could have wanted. It was also nice to have the kitchen facilities and living room to make ourselves home.
It was quite loud outside during the night at times, and the garbage pickup came early one morning and woke us up. Other than that, it was great!

Didn’t have breakfast
More advance notice to procedure for getting into hotel and room. What to look for in emails as stay is closer to date arriving. Easier access to coffee packets would be nice.
