Central, bon petit déjeuner, mais manque de personnels / services.

Bon petit déjeuner, emplacement central, personnel souriant et courtois

Les parties communes (ascenceurs, paliers d'étage) n'étaient pas propres. Le premier soir, il manquait des serviettes et draps pour le canapé-lit, le second, il n'y avait toujours pas assez de serviettes et il manquait le papier hygiénique. Pas assez de personnels à l'accueil, donc de l'attente.

Great stay, would stay again

The hotel itself was really nice. I mostly enjoyed the buffer breakfast included. Lots of options and tasted fresh and amazing. Front staff were very friendly and accommodating to us. No Hassel with check in/out. Room was spacious and very clean and tidy.

The only issue we really experienced was the jacuzzi did not work. The water took (literally) almost 45mins just to fill due to the water pressure in the jacuzzi. Then when the water finally reached the sensors, we kept pressing the buttons to turn on the jet system but it did not work. So that was a bummer. We didn't bother notifying the hotel staff as it was too late at night. Also the location of the hotel, I wasn't a huge fan of. I was hoping to be more closer (walking distance) of more attractions. Weather wasn't great to be walking far so we had drive to where we wanted to go.

Good location, courteous staff but facilities are not well maintained

Great location and nice staff

Terrible noise caused by elevators’ machinery during the whole stay time and heard inside rooms! One single couch chair in the living area for sitting or watching TV Kitchen with no single plate or cutlery

Super hôtel!

Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, même plus. Du bon café à la chambre, un lit confortable, une grande chambre. Nous avions droit à deux consommation gratuite entre 17h00 et 19h00 au bar et le barmaid était super sympatique. Le buffet chaud du matin était très bien et assez de place pour s'asseoir. Je recommande cet endroit à qui compte aimerait passer une belle nuitée quelque part.

Nice, quiet, comfortable, great location for walking everywhere

Omlete station at breakfast and espressos were a very nice plus to the regular price included hotel breakfasts. So was the happy hour with 2 free drinks of choice. Well worth the price we paid per night

The constant barking of dogs on our floor. housekeeping did not show up with certain items that were requested. dishes and cutlery in order to eat our take out meal

Satisfactory for a business trip

Staff were very helpful. Location is great. The room is spacious.

The room was very dark. Interior seems a bit dated. Breakfast can be improved, it is generally greasy and does not change at all for the 10 days I stayed there.

Superb location for everything

The hotel was immaculate - the location was superb. They serve a reception between 5pm-7pm which includes 2 free drinks and snacks.

Poor

First room was dirty -stain on the mattress cover and a spider on the sofa bed. So they moved us to another room -just a sorry. No offer of anything for the inconvenience.

It was an excellent hotel!

Excellent location. The room was lovely. The jacuzzi was a hit with the kids.

The pullout couch was not comfortable. Like, really not comfortable. Maybe a toddler would be ok in the bed, but not teenagers, and certainly not adults.

I felt the hotel did not live up to the cost due to the issues with breakfast

The rooms were very nice and roomy. The location is very close to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful

The shower in the room is very tight. The breakfast was poorly stocked and ran out of everything quickly. They were very short staffed in this area. There are only 2 elevators so often waited long periods

Great location for walkers, close to old city and short walk to financial district. Parking good.

Very clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast and wonderful happy hour. A little crowded at breakfast on weekends, but to be expected. Very good value for price paid.

Little details. Running toilet. Air conditioning fan wearing and louder than when new. Could improve traffic flow at breakfast, but overall was good.

excellent location. Good facilities and immaculately clean

The rooms was large and spacious. Immaculately clean and housekeeping came every day and location was excellent right near the basilica Notre Dame and right by the hop on hop off bus stop. The breakfast buffet is good and the restaurant in the evening is reasonably priced. as a solo traveller, I felt very safe here.

although lots of lighting in the room from lamps et cetera the bedroom was quite dark as there was no overhead light. the spa bath didn’t have any power to it.

I was surprised when opening the door to the room to see a quote outdated room, small bedroom and large living room and

The room was very old-looking with dark, outdated furniture, small bed, big living room and kitchen. The bathroom was spacious with small shower corner and very large bath tub. The carpet does not look clean at all.

My room was a handicap room shower head loose and barely over my head. Kitchenette was not really, only a microwave and fridge. Room smelled like heavy men’s cologne, allergy to perfume. Open window to a dumpster back alley of old carpets.

The location was good. Everything in walking distance.

The breakfast was ok but there was hardly any fruit. The water dispenser was empty and we had to ask for a water bottle. The floors of the restaurant were filthy but the pancakes were good. The hotel room was not in good shape the hot tub was not working, paintings were pealing, the rugs were old and gross and there was dark stream of dirt on the ceiling where the vent was but the bed was ok.

great location if you want to stay in downtown area

friendly , We liked how it was less then 20 minutes to get somewhere. The exterior was very nice as well, and interior .

the WIFI wasn’t that great , the tv stations were mostly French , there was no option for English.
