The location of the studio was great, close to downtown and all the major attractions walking. Some nice cafes and restaurants are walking distance. Bed was comfortable, sheets and towels were clean and smelled really nice. Owner was very responsive via iMessage.
The AC didn't work that well and the place could do with a deep clean (e.g. bedside tables and lamps were pretty dusty). The parking situation was unclear. There is public garage parking (around 30 CAD per day), but it was confusing about whether it's included in the hotel reservation or not. Apparently you can reserve it through the hotel in advance but that is not indicated in the Booking.com page.

The publication was not clear as I was under the impression that breakfast would be included but was not the case. In addition the parking was not included yet they advertised parking and breakfast.
I think the publication of amenities was not clearly addressed.
