Cozy apartment style hotel with great staff. The gentleman working in the breakfast room needs to be recognized for his tireless dedication in keeping it well stocked and clean! Our unit was spotless and well appointed, each bedroom with its own tv. There was a comfortable club chair by the bed which was great for tv watching. Short walking distance to the metro, shopping, restaurants.
A couple of machines in the gym were out of order. We compensated by being very active exploring the city. We also took advantage of the swimming pool which was beautifully maintained.

Nice room set up with separate bedroom, kitchen and dining table. Balcony and windows that open were also nice for taking advantage of the fresh fall air. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was great to walk to Eaton Centre and old Montreal.
Fruit at breakfast was either over ripe or under ripe. Pool water was a little cool for the season. Lack of suitable parking on-site but at least there are options close by.

Clean spacious well maintained
Noisy street traffic which I understand is not their fault but perhaps better window insulation
