The decor and cleanliness
The perfume smell when u walk in. I requested daily cleaning but I had to ask daily for them to clean. The price was high considering the location and construction around the hotel

The room we stayed in was beautiful! The bathroom had an awesome shower and was spotlessly clean - the beds were comfortable, and despite being advertised as "compact" rooms, we found that there was plenty of room with hidden storage and creative ways to hang our clothes, etc. LOVED the gym, pool, and sauna. They all felt like absolute luxury!
Unfortunately, there is a LOT of construction happening around this hotel right now - it made it tough to navigate walking there and back multiple times daily.

Very nice building, nice rooms, sauna, hot tub, and pool were nice. Location was pretty good, but there was a lot of construction which made getting around a little more difficult. Nice rain shower faucet for the shower.
The room was about the size of a bedroom. No closet, no dresser, not enough room to put things in if you're doing some shopping. The washroom didn't have a proper towel bar or anywhere to put used towels. They only had 2 pillows on the bed and they were not enough. The cleaning staff were not allowed to resupply water bottles on cleaning for some reason.
