I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was excellent and the host/staff was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Canada!

The location is fabulous, the room was spacious and comfortable
The corridor spelled like dampness, it was very unpleasant. Zero parking and even though they say it’s limited, $30 to park is crazy.

The apartment is lovely, clean and in a great location. Depending on where you are heading, downtown can be reached in about 20–30 minutes. It is ideal for two people, but we stayed with our six-year-old daughter and the space was still fine for us. We also really enjoyed the view from the 7th floor. Apart from the check-in experience, we had a pleasant stay.
Unfortunately, the digital check-in was very frustrating. The digital access did not work on my phone. I work in a technical service environment and am comfortable with technology, but even after following all the instructions, restarting my phone and reinstalling the app several times, we were still standing outside for an hour.
I contacted support via WhatsApp and received further instructions and a new digital key, but nothing worked. Eventually, a staff member had to bring us a physical access card. By then, our six-year-old daughter was exhausted from travelling and urgently needed to use the bathroom. We were able to use a toilet at the reception downstairs, although the interaction there was unfortunately not particularly welcoming.
The check-in experience left a negative first impression on an otherwise pleasant stay. When access relies entirely on a digital system, there should be a quick and simple backup solution available if it fails.

Decent size apartment
Blinds in bedroom left light on so hard to sleep,
Pillows were poor
Kitchen equipment / toaster & kettle etc basic
Apartment is 25 minute walk to both old town & downtown so a little out of the way but is ok if your happy to walk like we were.
