Very clean! Very well kept facilities. Staff was exceptional. Texting for assistance with quick responses was greatly appreciated. I had an issue with my first room so we had to switch and they offered to handle everything. No complaints regarding service, location, cleanliness.
The bed in room 408 makes so much noise that every time someone moved everyone in the apartment woke up. No AC’s in the bedrooms so the living area was nice and cool but the bedrooms were so hot. You can request fans, which they brought up, but unfortunately it wasn’t enough. The bathtub in room 408 is so high off the ground I needed a step ladder to get in and out.

I loved the location and room was a good size with all the facilities for cooking and laundry. Enjoyed being in the Old Montreal area close to nice coffee shops and sightseeing places only walking distance.

We loved our stay at the Nester Finn. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. The apartment was clean, very comfortable, very well equipped and the location was perfect for us.

The location was very good—close to attractions and to transportation. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it seemed adequately stocked. Bed was comfortable. We liked the ease of accessing the building and room.
We were on the second floor and noise from the street (particularly late on Saturday night) was very loud. Earplugs and a noise machine were provided, but it was not enough. Also, the curtains did not adequately cover the window, enough that people in the building across could see in, not to mention street lights and the sun. The couch smelled like it came from somewhere where people smoked, and was bad enough that we couldn’t sit on it.
