This darling cottage circa 1852 is located in the heart of downtown Savannah's Historic Landmark District: north of Forsyth Park, adjacent to Chatham Square, across from SCAD's Pepe Hall, and within easy walking distance to squares, restaurants, shops, parks, museums and the Savannah River! True gem with a great layout, hardwood floors throughout, tall ceilings, a lot of windows for natural light, queen size bed in bedroom #1 and full size bed in bedroom #2 (with desks, dressers, and closets in both bedrooms). The living room has a comfy seating area, bookshelf with tv, and dining table. The fully stocked kitchen features Corian countertops with bar stools, all appliances, and stack washer/dryer. The bathroom is centrally located in the hall. There is also a small back yard with a bistro table and chairs. Included: furniture, utilities, high speed internet/WiFi, linens, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, Roku TV. Parking spaces are usually available next to the building (free on nights, weekends, and holidays). A decal can be purchased from the city or Liberty Street Garage is nearby.
