Access to pool and garden. Kitchenette in room with a mini fridge, small hub and a microwave. Minimalist and comfortable furnishings (although a desk/dresser would be a great addition for working or simply getting ready). Friendly and helpful staff. A mall nearby to get essentials. A very good location (close to my family, madinaty, parks, British Uni, airport...).
Comfortable lounge by the pool to enjoy, play games, have a drink or just chill. A small lovley pool and jacuzzi to swim or relax in :)
There was a mismanagement of booking/extending my stay with hottely twice (booking/extending through apps is more reliable than speaking to the receptionist/manager. Just book through booking.com or whichever app you prefer and get a confirmation!).
Pool is not easily accessible for someone with moving disability (long stairs but I guess they could go through the back maybe- I had a strained foot and used the stairs, nothing else was offered).
Can get quite noisy in the morning.
WiFi wasn't consistent in the room.
Cafeteria/lounge not open all day and food isn't served yet, only drinks (you may cook in the room or order food through Talabat though 😉)

Location was good for the purpose of the visit. The price was very reasonable.
They only take cash. This was not clear at all during booking. I had to walk 15 minutes in the blazing sun to find to an ATM each way (total of 30 minutes) to go and get cash. It says it comes with breakfast and that was also not true. No sound proofing. You can hear everything outside. The prayers will definitely wake you up at 4 AM.

دفعت قيمة الفطار ولم احصل عليه ول يبلغني احد باي خدمات يقدمها الفندق لانه لايوجد موظفين بالاساس / تلقاهم نادراً
