The location was great to experience Lenox restaurants and shops and tour the area. Very well designed spaces, easy in and out via code for doors and room. Breakfast coupon for a local place was great. Lovely home in a little gully with willow trees and chirping frogs. Great extras, real cream for coffee and good communication with staff somewhere in the world. They also sent my chargers back when I left them.
Kind of lonely with no staff there. Also could use a lock on the inside of the door as there is a code to get in and no locks inside. There was a $65 charge for cleaning the room that was added after I booked the room.

Location was wonderful and the Inn had beautiful aesthetics.
Rooms were very small and it was very expensive.

Comfortable beds, breakfast voucher
No staff onsite. I had an issue getting into my room and was troubled to find that the hotels phone number didn’t work and the only way to communicate with them was through text. I was able to get my issue resolved in a few minutes but the hotel should disclose that they are meant to provide a touchless experience.
