Location was perfect - walking distance to restaurants in town and right next door to public tennis courts. Pool was warm. Breakfast was very good. Nice size room.

The rooms in the carriage house are cheaply decorated: cheap curtains hanging from cheap rods, no place to put anything in the bathroom with a pedestal sink and no cabinet, basic carpeting, cheap “antique furniture.” The view from one window was an uncared-for toddler playground. After the first morning’s cold “hot” breakfast and expressing my general dissatisfaction with the accommodations the owner did offer to change our room to the main house, and provided a discount. We didn’t move because we were only there for three nights.
. I would have been happier in a boring but well furnished standard hotel.
