Nice friendly welcome. Staff were generally friendly and efficient . Room cosy and nicely decorated with nice lighting. Really comfy bed and nice soft pillows. Good breakfast. Great location and easy to park on the street outside.
The room was noisy due to stud walls not insulating us from voices of other residents and door banging. Only one very small shower gel for 2 people. Nowhere to put anything in the shower, could do with a shelf or holder for shampoos etc. Also need a shower mat as the tray gets really slippy.

Location excellent. Beds were comfortable. Meal in the evening in the restaurant was good
No decaf coffee in the rooms and difficult to obtain at breakfast. We were given a room with no windows but they did change us to a twin with a window very high up that we couldn’t reach. Bathroom small but OK. Breakfast eggs were not cooked well and had to send them back
