Location & outlook. Molly on reception excellent
Whilst separate lounge/bar area provides somewhere to sit & eat in evening it is settees & low tables so not ideal for formal menu. The menu is same as in served restaurant & at same high end prices but, there is not waiter service. You order food & drinks at bar which always had a queue & then food is brought to you but, repeat drinks again need to be queued for. Expect more from 4 star hotel.

The size of the suite room we had.
Lack of pressure with the water in the bathroom, being told you have to run the water for 15 minutes for it to get hot. And then another day no hot water due to boiler issues, if this happens to you then go to the spa accessible shower, it wasn’t very clean but at least I could wash my hair, I actioned this myself.
They stop serving food in the restaurant at 8.30pm.
Considering we paid over £1,700 for our stay I expected so much more. Also had to wait at the bar a number of times as no staff were present. Plus they charge £5 extra for cappuccino’s at the breakfast service which should be included within the bed & breakfast package.
