As weren’t sure what to expect when we booked but we were certainly not disappointed
Factor’s Inn is really well situated, being a 6 minute drive away from Fort William which allows for a quiet, pleasant location
The room was very big and the 6ft double bed was very comfortable
An added bonus was having two bathrooms which we gilt not required in our case, was a nice surprise
Checking in at the large castle hotel (just around the corned) was very easy
A breakfast option would have been a great touch

The room was in nice british style
The restaurant below offered food but not clear who was the target audience. The prices were quite high for very limited dishes. I saw no people dining

The location is super quite and room excellent and tidy ,fresh Linen,staff excellent service.
The room key you have to bring it from the castle 2mins drive but when you arrive you find the most beautiful castle in front of you .

Rooms were clean
Rome was hot only one small fan in bedroom. No food available on first night staff very rude and not welcoming .
