It was very outdated, the beds were too thin and uncomfortable and it need a paint job.

The location was good for what we were doing in the area. The view from the room was lovely.
This is a very tired property as other reviews have mentioned. The shower leaked, the toilet flush was unreliable; only one pillow per person; limited amenities. The parking was a nightmare, especially in the dark - I had to park in a space that was demarcated with bits of wood with huge nails sticking out of them, a hazard for tyres.
