Great location for mountain biking. Went for my husband's birthday weekend with our 1 year old daughter. I ended up having to spend most of the day in the room given the rain and my daughter but it was totally fine. Room was clean and well furnished, a baby cot was provided. The bike rental service was very good and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the trails.
The breakfast/cafe could've been better -- the staff there seemed like they didn't want to do much of anything and the coffee wasn't great for the price. Also it would've been nice to have a paved trail just around the main hotel so I could push the baby in the stroller -- she is too big to carry but too little to walk far.

Easy check in and check out. Clear information. Lovely clean and airy room and shower room. Free parking. Very quiet too. Comfortable bed but would have liked another pillow which was available from reception.
Having to go to reception to get an extra pillow. By the time you realise you need one, you are ready for bed and so you’d have to get dressed to go down and get one. TV casting was unexpected but it is in the information pack in the room. Needed another room card as husband had to go back to the car because I forgot something so I was left in the dark.

We liked that it was near the mountains, fairly quiet, provided free wifi, easy parking, cafe on site and a reduced rate for the gondola ride.
For a very basic room, it was incredibly overpriced. It felt more like a hostel than resort.
There’s no need for a night light - the emergency exit light near the entrance to the room lights up the room all night.
The lift was not working for the 3 days we stayed here - and no sign of it being fixed.
Twice we were unable to exit the car park. No one responded when we pushed the ‘help’ button, nor when we called reception seeking help. The phone just rang out, more than once.
