I really enjoyed the resort, connection with the nature and the welcoming staff.
The bedroom was spacious and the bed was wonderful - it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud
A perfect place for a well rested time-off.
Great facilities with padel and tenis courts, beach volley and a big swiming pool.
A very nice spa area with a heated pool, sauna and hammam/turkish bath
Regarding food, I recommend the pizzas and the breakfast.
Opportunities to improve:
The food was disappointing: no seasoning on the fish, meat and pasta main courses, not even salt. The protein on the pasta dishes were undetectable by naked eye or it was just adding flavour essences?
Had to decline cocktails twice, because they were extremely alcoholic, but the staff was always open to correct their mistake.
Requested orange juice at breakfast and it was declined due to the closing of the season (?). One time the staff requested us to go and ask on Lime bar (different area) (?).
Regarding construction quality, I have to say that I was expecting a better sound proof building - other guests made normal noise (kids) and I could hear it clearly.
Spa: the strengh of the air bubles jact should be stronger.

Kurz gefasst...alles!!

Everything, u should have a tip option for the bartenders by the pool. Why should they work for free
Very far from the airport, maybe u should have a shuttle service when reservation is over to CTA airport. The lighting in the Spa was a little bit too dark

Great property - very new and neat and staff was amazing! Lots of lovely places to relax and do absolutely nothing.
Very minor things but the food could be better especially at the buffet both in variety and taste and qualtiy. Furthemore, we had requested an extra pillow which they could not provide.
