My mother and I had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive resort, and it's one of the few places I'd genuinely return to.
The scenery is breathtaking. There's a huge amount of space to simply enjoy - plenty of room to walk, run, or swim by the sea - and the daily programme of events keeps things entertaining without ever feeling forced. The gym is excellent too. The resort itself is designed beautifully, with soft pastel tones throughout that create a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are genuinely comfortable.
The Staff, for me, this was the cherry on the cake. The staff make you feel at home; they're like family, and every one of them went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay.
I'd like to personally thank everyone we met at Mediterra - Mary Grace at front of house, and Fabio and Deisy. Special appreciation goes to the Scausa Grill team: Gabrielle, Luigi, Fabianna, Gonzalo, Giuseppe, Davide, Ivan and Arianna, who made every meal feel like a special occasion. The food and service was top notch.
The golf cart team deserve a mention of their own. They were always on hand to help my mother get around the resort and happily took the time to show us the grounds. Thank you especially to Ibrahim and Maurizio. There was occasionally a short wait, but that's entirely understandable given how many arrivals and departures the resort handles at once.
Lime Bar, an enjoyable spot, excellent drinks and genuinely fun entertainment. The beach bar was also a real highlight, with DJ sunset sets that made for perfectly relaxed evenings by the sea.
I'm an adventurous traveler and rarely visit the same place twice, but this resort will definitely see me again one day. Highly recommended!
Mediterra has some room to improve on the food side, however I want to acknowledge the Food and Beverage manager, Alberto, who took the time to listen properly to our suggestions. That responsiveness is exactly why I'm still giving five stars they genuinely listen to their guests.

Very good hotel. The service from the entire staff was exceptional. Ibrahim was an excellent driver, and the general manager, Matteo, is one of the best managers I’ve met during my vacations. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and the food was also excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
